A casual but focused conversation where we get to know you, your experience, interests, and what you’re looking for. You’ll also get the chance to learn more about us, the role, and what the next steps in the process will look like.

Team and Cultural fit interview

You’ll meet more of the team and dive deeper into the role, our ways of working, and how we collaborate. This is where we both get a clearer sense of fit and chemistry.
